Please be advised that given the progression of the Coronavirus COVID19 infection in our local communities, we are implementing a temporary work from home strategy for all U.S. and International employees

We are all doing our part to help reduce community spread and limit the strain on our local medical care systems.

The following updated office guidelines are effective immediately.

All Offices

  • All employees are to work from home for the period beginning Monday, March 16 continuing through Friday, March 27. We will be continuously reassessing the timing and any updates or changes will be immediately communicated to our employees.

  • Offices are restricted until further notice.

  • We do not advise travel to any of our office locations.

  • Please discuss any concerns with your manager.

    Technology Support

    Please contact your local Technology Support Team with any remote access issues.

  • US/UK Tech Support is available at 212-805-2222.

  • US/UK employees who do not have a laptop, you can remote into your office PC using

  • For Bloomberg users, you will need your B-Unit to access the system.

    Healthcare (for employees covered under our Aetna plans)

    Aetna has published the following information about COVID-19 and updates on their policies regarding COVID-19 Testing and support: families/member-rights-resources/need-to-know-coronavirus.html.

    24/7 Access to a Doctor with Teladoc

    We would also like to highlight the Teladoc service that is available to employees covered under our Aetna plans. Teladoc provides 24/7 access to a doctor and currently all copays for Teladoc are waived.

    You can call Teladoc at 1-855-TELADOC (835-2362), download the Teladoc app or visit them online at

    Attached are instructions for setting up the Teladoc app on your mobile device. Reasons to use Teladoc:

    1. Provides 24/7 access to convenient and confidential healthcare. It is also affordable and currently all copays are waived.

    2. You can speak with ah licensed doctor about non-emergency health issues

      anywhere you are.

    3. Teladoc doctors can diagnose and treat cold and flu symptoms, allergies, upper respiratory infections, skin problems and more.

    4. Teladoc doctors can send a prescription to your local pharmacy, when

      medically necessary.

    5. Your dependents are eligible for Teladoc, including adult children up to age 26.
